The Monthly Reset Ritual
Consistency is the cure for chronic lifestyle symptoms. By joining our monthly trek, you ensure that systemic stress never has the chance to settle into permanent pain.
Pain Is A Signal.
Lifestyle is the Solution.
We treat back pain and disc issues not as injuries, but as evidence of a biological mismatch. Our monthly trek schedule is designed to provide the regular "corrective input" your system craves.
"We don't just walk in nature; we use it once a month to silence the chemical noise, allowing an internal inflammatory flush that restores your factory settings."
THE INFLAMMATORY FLUSH
Rhythmic movement in nature stimulates the lymphatic system to clear the chemical byproducts of chronic stress every 30 days.
THE CORTISOL EXIT
A monthly window where your body finally releases its grip on stored tension, triggering a systemic reset of your internal chemistry.
The Science of
Forest Bathing
RESPIRATORY DETOX
Inhaling oxygen-rich forest air helps clear environmental toxins and facilitates efficient cellular gas exchange.
SENSORY CALIBRATION
The fractals of nature and the absence of blue light allow the eyes and brain to reset their baseline levels of stimulation.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Monthly movement through natural terrain stimulates lymphatic flow, cleaning the body's internal fluids and reducing systemic inflammation.

The BYOT Philosophy
BYOT (Bring Your Own Tent/Things) is the core of our free, community-organized trek. It means shared adventure with self-responsibility for gear and resources.
Once a month, we leave the city behind to flush out inflammation and restore your body’s natural rhythm.
Community Contribution
This is a 100% free trek organized by enthusiasts. There are no fees or commercial packages. You contribute by managing your own logistics, reducing overhead, and ensuring the focus stays on the nature experience.
Your Essential
Gear
Your personal responsibility includes bringing your shelter and comfort: tent/tarp, sleeping bag, ground mat, necessary water, and a first-aid kit. Plan carefully, as there are no supply stores on the trail.
Light & Clean Fuel
To travel lighter and support our naturopathy-based approach, we strongly encourage bringing only sufficient nuts (for energy) and refreshing fruits (like oranges). Minimize heavy food items for a better detox experience.
The Destination: Sadhasiva Kona Falls
Deep within the wilderness of Andhra Pradesh lies Sadhasiva Falls. This location is renowned for its untouched beauty, crystal-clear water pools, and isolation. It provides the perfect backdrop for a restorative and challenging outdoor experience.
